We accept returns and exchanges only in presence of defects that prove the inutility. The recipient will provide the return shipment, through the methodology that will be deemed most appropriate. The return shipment will be borne by the purchaser. Once returned, we will refund the purchased product. The customer also pays for the shipping of exchanged item.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items on sale, if the customer is outside of EU
